Abstract: One-dimensional Cu nanowire and Cu/Al2O3 composite materials were prepared successfully by electro-deposition. The phase microstructure and morphology were characterized by SEM , TEM and XRD. There exist one absorption belt and no plasm resonance absorption peak in analysis of ultraviolet-visible absorption spectrum. The absorption border shift to the infrared direction incontrast to the anodic alumina template is due to the increasing of dispersion center.
