Abstract:Homogeneous and ordered nanoporous anodic alumina temple (PAAT) were prepared by twice - anodic oxidation, The morphological structural and optical properties of the obtained PAAT were characterized and analyzed. The absorption spectrum of PAAT shows that one sharp peak centers at 250nm and PAAT is transparent in the visible light wavelength region. Photolum inescence (PL)spectra show that PL band lies in 450 -550nm w ith PL peak centers at 460nm.
